Delivery:

Here at Cartfull we offer delivery on our furniture for a fee. When your furniture arrives at the warehouse, someone will call you and ask for your availability to deliver your furniture.

DIRECT EXPRESS BY ASHLEY SHIPPING:

If an item is listed as a "DIRECT EXPRESS BY ASHLEY" item, if shipping is selected at checkout, it will be shipped to the customer's address provided to us at checkout. These products ship via UPS and FEDEX and therefore will not be subject to the same delivery coordination mentioned above. Due the speed at which Direct Express by Ashley items ship to a customer, tracking numbers can be provided to a customer upon request. Cartfull is also not responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address provided Cartfull had products delivered to the address customer specified at checkout. 


Returns for Non-Ashley Products:

All sales are final unless factory damaged.
When an item is purchased, the customer will then have 72 hours to return the item or notify Cartfull that an item is factory damaged.


Ways to notify Cartfull:

  • Phone call: Customers can call our store phone at 651-674-6153 and notify us that they have an item that they would like to return. A manager will then take their name, phone number, the name of the item with the description for why it is being returned. If possible, we will also take the receipt number. By doing this we will know when they notified us and we will honor the return the next time they are able to come to the store.
  • Email: Customers can email Cartfull at cartfull@shopcartfull.com . If emailing, we will ask for the customers name, phone number, the receipt number (if customer has it), the item and the reason for returning the item. Cartfull also reserves the right to ask for a picture or video so we can know that the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Facebook Messenger: Customers can go to our Cartfull Facebook page and send us a message. If you are looking to do a return this way, we will ask for your phone number, email, the receipt number (if customer has it), the item and the reason for returning the item. Cartfull does reserve the right to ask the customer for a photo or a video so we can see that the item is damaged and/or faulty.

Returns can take up to 1-3 business days depending on who you bank with.

Unfortunately, at Cartfull we do not accept mercy returns, (if the item is the wrong color, wrong size, or that the customer just did not like it, etc). However, if the item still is in the package, or has the tags on it, we can offer in store credit (gift card) or we can exchange the item. A manager will overlook the item before returning it to make sure that it is still in new condition.

Returns on Signature Design by Ashley & Benchcraft Products

At Cartfull, we do not accept mercy returns (if the item is the wrong color, wrong size, didn’t fit, or if the customer just did not like it, etc.) Ashley products are under factory warranty. We will file the claim on your behalf and all claims are handled by the Ashley warranty claims department. Any replacement parts that need to be ordered would need to be picked up from our store as parts shipping and delivery is not included in Ashley's warranty. Cartfull will not retrieve any damaged furniture and it is the customers responsibility to bring any piece of furniture back to Cartfull, even if furniture was delivered to the customers home.

 

Cartfull will charge a cancellation fee of 15% on all Signature Design by Ashley & Benchcraft products that are canceled on or before the quoted estimated arrival time to our store. Any delivery fees collected are also non-refundable provided products were canceled on or before the quoted estimated arrival time to our store. Cartfull will not charge a 15% cancellation fee if products arrive after the quoted estimated arrival times to our store, and any delivery fees associated with the order will be refunded with no penalty.

 

If a customer receives a promotional item (ex. Gift card) as the condition of a purchase, the customer is unable to return or get a refund on the items purchased. If a customer chooses to return items, then the customer must surrender the gift card received, or the gift card amount will be deducted from their refund.

 

Cartfull reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Cartfull also reserves the right to refuse any request for a refund at any time and for any reason nor to offer merchandise credit versus cash/credit refund.
